Dr. Kutteh,

I just wanted to write you and tell you how much you’ve meant to my family over these last 6 years. We came to you at the end of 2013 feeling hopeless and defeated, after having tried to conceive for almost 4 years. We wanted a baby so badly and thought it would never happen for us. You got down to business, figured out a “game plan” for us, and got all the wheels in motion. We ended up with 4 embryos and transferred 2 in August of 2014, which resulted in the birth of our amazing son, who turns 6 this Saturday. That next year I became pregnant “naturally” and you and your wonderful team still treated me as your patient. After I gave birth at 18 weeks to our 2nd son, I felt hopeless again as we mourned the loss of our baby. You personally called me to tell me how sorry you were and that meant so much to me. When I became pregnant again a few months after our loss, you met with my husband and me and figured out I had a blood clotting disorder, which I know lead to me having 2 healthy pregnancies after our miscarriage. You again treated me as your patient, even though this pregnancy was not a result of fertility treatments. I felt so well taken care of at FAM. This resulted in the birth of our daughter, who is now 3.

Finally, we came back one last time to complete our family and transfer our remaining 2 embryos. We just had our last baby in March.

Thank you for making our dreams of having a family come true. We now have 3 beautiful, healthy children thanks to you. Thank you for always taking care of me and being kind during very difficult times. We truly cannot thank you enough. When we think about and talk about our journey to becoming a family, “Dr. Kutteh” will always be a part of our story.
