Fertility Associates of Memphis Marks 5,000th Baby Born

Memphis, Tenn. — Aug., 27, 2013 — Fertility Associates of Memphis recently marked a significant milestone: its 5,000th baby born from assisted reproductive technologies. The number highlights just how many couples struggle with infertility and the specialized treatments that can help.

In the United States, 15 percent of all couples will face fertility issues, and many will be diagnosed with a reproductive disorder. Thanks to significant advances in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility over the past decade, the vast majority of couples struggling with pregnancy will ultimately be successful.

The physicians at Fertility Associates of Memphis are among the most experienced reproductive endocrinology and infertility doctors in the field. Founding partner Dr. William Kutteh, who also holds a PhD, has been instrumental in ongoing research involving recurrent pregnancy loss and speaks on that and other related topics around the world as a renowned expert. Dr. Raymond Ke, the practice’s other founding partner, is an expert in polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), assisted reproductive technologies, and reproductive endocrine disorders of all age groups.
