Sierra Bishop, MD

Dr. Sierra Bishop is a compassionate and accomplished physician specializing in obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive medicine. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where she also completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and served as Chief Resident. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alabama.

Dr. Bishop has a strong research background, with a focus on fertility preservation for young cancer patients, recurrent pregnancy loss, and outcomes related to reproductive infections. She has presented nationally on these topics and has published abstracts in prominent medical journals. At Fertility Associates of Memphis, she has collaborated on multiple research studies under the mentorship of Dr. William Kutteh.

Throughout her training, Dr. Bishop has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to women’s health. She has served as an American Medical Association Delegate, a lead curriculum developer in advocacy, and a legislative committee member for the Tennessee Medical Association. She is also a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society and has received several awards recognizing her excellence in teaching and clinical care.
