FAM Partners with Frame to Offer Fertility Coaching

Fertility treatment can be overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

That’s why Fertility Associates of Memphis has partnered with Frame, a concierge fertility service, to offer something most patients wish they had: a dedicated, board-certified fertility coach. 

Your coach is part of your FAM care team and here to make everything easier by helping you: 

• Prepare for appointments and understand your next steps
• Feel supported when things are hard or overwhelming
• Get questions answered on your schedule via text, phone, or email
• Build confidence in the many decisions you’re making 

Your coach knows the FAM care process, systems, and team, so they can help you navigate where to go, who to contact, and how to get what you need. 

You can reach out anytime, including evenings and weekends, when questions or emotions often hit hardest. Whether you’re processing news, unsure what to ask your doctor, or simply want a check-in, your coach is here for you. 

And if you have a partner, they’re welcome, too. Your coach can support you together or separately, based on what feels best.

Q: What does a fertility coach do? 

A: Your coach brings years of experience working with people on their fertility journey and tailors their support to your unique needs, without judgment. You’ll work together based on what matters most to you—from emotional support to decision-making, partner conversations, and more. Some people meet with their coach weekly, others check in once and then text as needed.

Q: When and how do I get started? 

A: Your FAM team will explain how to get started with your coach once you schedule your new patient visit. Q: What should I expect in my intro call with my coach? 

A: Your intro call is all about getting to know you—where you are in your fertility journey, what you're hoping for, and what kind of support feels most helpful right now. Your coach will explain how they can support you and answer anything that’s been on your mind. There’s no prep needed and no pressure—it’s just a chance to feel heard and cared for from the very start. 

Q: What kinds of questions can my coach help answer? 

A: So many! Coaches can help with everything from “What should I ask at my next appointment?” to “Is this normal?” to “How do I talk to my family and friends about what I’m going through?” Whether it’s about emotions, logistics, planning, or just needing a sounding board, your coach is your go-to. Big or small, we’re here to help you feel more confident and less alone.
