At Fertility Associates of Memphis, our goal is to do everything possible so that the expense of treatment does not become a factor in your decision. Our financial representatives will explore your benefits and give you all the information you need to make the best informed decision for your care. We also have options for patients without fertility insurance coverage that can make treatment more affordable, and hopefully reduce your stress. We encourage you to apply for medication discounts provided below to receive reduced medication cost and provide more affordable options.

Discount Fertility Medication Programs

Compassionate Care Program
Fertility Associates of Memphis also works with EMD Serono’s Compassionate Care Program, which helps couples obtain reduced cost medications. Committed to helping eligible patients overcome financial barriers, the Compassionate Care Program may provide significant savings on EMD Serono medications for uninsured, income-eligible patients.

Eligibility is based on qualifying annual household gross income and first-time participation in the Compassionate Care Program. Approval for the program is determined by EMD Serono and not by Fertility Associates of Memphis or Memphis Fertility Laboratory. Eligible couples may receive discounts of 25 % to 70% on EMD Serono products, such as Gonal-f and Ovidrel.

Our medical team at Fertility Associates of Memphis will help you determine how much medications your treatment will require and then customize your treatment to include any medications that you may obtain through this program. Compassionate Corps Program
Fertility Associates of Memphis has partnered with EMD Serono’s Compassionate Corps Program. Through this program, veterans and their spouses may be eligible to receive discounted fertility medicine.

To be eligible for the program, patients must be a retired member of the military or the spouse of one; be a veteran or the spouse of a veteran who is infertile due to a service-related injury, not otherwise insured for infertility medications; have been properly screened and diagnosed as infertile and requiring in vitro fertilization/advanced reproductive technology. ReUnite Rx First Steps Program
The First Steps Program is available to self pay patients needing help paying for their medications. Patients who qualify based on income or hardship cases may receive to up to 75% off their prescription purchase price. Covered medications include Follistim, Ganirelix, and Pregnyl. A tiered approach (25%, 50%, and 75%) makes it easy for patients to qualify, and easy for patients and health care providers to understand.

MDR Assist Program
Fertility Associates of Memphis currently works with MDR Assist Program  to aid patients requiring financial assistance related to medications associated with fertility treatment.  With MDR Assist, patient’s are eligible to receive a 5% discount on prescriptions for Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH), GnRH Antagoinst, and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG).

Fertility Pharmacy of America
Fertility Associates of Memphis works with Fertility Pharmacy of America to aid patient’s in obtaining affordable fertility medications. Fertility Pharmacy of America offers several options to reduce pharmaceutical expense including: Compassionate Care Program, Bloom Box, manufacture programs and any available rebates in the fertility market. Ferring Heartfelt Program
The heartfelt Program is available to provide medication replacement for eligible cash-paying patients, or up to $250 in assistance towards co-pay costs for eligible commercially insured patients whose controlled ovarian stimulation cycles were canceled as a result of COVID-19 who are initiating a new treatment cycle. Ferring HeartTomorrow Program
The hearttomorrow Program is available to provide medication replacement for eligible cash-paying patients who are undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation for planned oocyte cryopreservation. This discount may be available for eligible patients with a minimum initial prescription for 25 vials of MENOPUR and a signed and submitted physician attestation form. Ferring Heart for Heroes Program
The heart for heroes program helps eligible veterans and their spouses get select fertility medications at no cost. Eligible patients include those who are medically separated from active duty, who are Department of Defense Category 2 or 3 veterans, * with a service-related injury resulting in infertility and requiring assisted reproduction, or patients and/or spouses with no insurance coverage for IVF medications. Must be residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

Discount Oncofertility Medication Programs

ReUnite RX Oncofertility Program
The OncofertilityProgram is available to individuals diagnosed with cancer who also choose to seek fertility treatment. Toaid patients with drug costs, DesignRX has developed a program offering up to 75% off of prescription purchase price for eligible patients. The tiered approach DesignRX takes to assist with medication costs (25%, 50% and 75%) makes it easy for patients to qualify and easy for patients and healthcare providers to understand. Covered medications include Follistim, Ganirelix and Pregnyl.

Livestrong Program
The Livestrong Program is available to individuals diagnosed with cancer and risk infertility due to treatment. The partnership between Fertility Associates of Memphis, Livestrong and EMD Serono allows eligible patients free medications and discounted services. The application process is easy to understand and eligibility processing is fast.

Ferring HeartBeat Program
The Heartbeat Program is available to patients seeking to freeze their eggs prior to cancer treatment. This program provides select fertility medications at no cost for eligible patients. Qualifying patients must be female, be a US Citizen or permanent resident, have received a diagnosis of cancer, and have received no chemotherapy within the previous 6 months. Oncologist and reproductive endocrinologist are required to determine that fertility preservation treatment is medically appropriate.

Fertility Treatment Financing Options

Future Family

Fertility Associates of Memphis has partnered with Future Family to help patients navigate the sometimes challenging financial journey and answer financial loan questions. Future Family’s mission is to make fertility care more accessible and affordable, and they have different plans available.

LendingClub

Fertility Associates of Memphis also has a partnership in place with fertility lender LendingClub.  LendingClub is one of the nation’s top providers of elective treatment financing, offering comprehensive financing options to meet individual needs and help ease the financial stress of treatment. While personal loans are available from most banks and credit unions, LendingClub’s extended plans offer fixed rates that are generally much lower and with more flexible terms.
